- Photos MUST be copyright and loyalty free
- Photos must be of good quality and in focus to get best results
- Timber boards available (limited)
- Postage/Packaging is at the cost of buyer (or pick up from Elizabeth Grove SA available)
- 50% deposit upfront via PayPal or Direct Debit required
- Full payment required before posting
- 50% of the deposit is refundable if the customer is not happy with the final results (this is to cover the costs of materials already used)
- It can take up to 3 weeks to complete per subject
- Bookings are essential and waiting times may vary depending on how busy I am
- Updates on the progress of your commission will be given throughout the process
